The industries served by Intercept Medical require meeting very strict standards. With over 40 years of experience in the medical packaging industry, we are well versed in meeting the demands of those standards within the medical and pharmaceutical packaging industries. Intercept Medical offers a variety of packaging solutions, from DuPont™ Tyvek® chevron bags to foil moisture barrier bags. We are an authorized DuPont™ converter of medical grade Tyvek® and can provide converted sterilizable bags as well as rollstock forms of the material. Foil barrier material can also be purchased alone in rollstock form, or we can convert them in to ready-to-fill bags.
We are currently in the introductory phase of bringing our Intercept BioGuard™ chevron bag to market. This combination of DuPont™ Tyvek® and Intercept Technology film offers unique and advanced additions to the sterilization process with its unique copper formula.

Flat Bags
We work with our customers to help them identify the most suitable protection for the application. We have access to a variety of foil laminations in both white and silver structures. Many of our structures also provide a high level of puncture resistance, critical to many applications.
Peel Pouches
INTERCEPT Medical manufactures a variety of peel pouches. Configurations include chevron peel, corner peel, or other configurations that a customer specification may warrant. These pouches allow for protection of medical devices and applications through sterilization that is made possible by the properties of medical grade Tyvek®. We use industry standard medical grade films, as well as BioGuard. Our BioGuard ™ technology can be configured to any of the pouch classifications listed above.

Gusset Bags
Large and/or oddly shaped products sometimes do not fit within a standard flat bag. INTERCEPT Medical is capable of manufacturing both side and bottom gusset bags which allow more room for these uniquely shaped products.
Zipper Bags
INTERCEPT Medical has the capability to produce bags with string zipper closures in either tamper-evident bags, or simply reusable bags.
Tubing
Tubing is especially cost-effective for customers that need to accommodate different-size products with varying lengths of materials. INTERCEPT Medical can manufacture tubing on 3-inch cores from most of our material offerings.
Rollstock
Rollstock of our materials are also available to be used on automatic pouch making machines (form/fill/seal applications).
Protective Covers/Liners
For unconventional products that require a custom-fit package, from covers for small machines to covers for very large pieces of equipment, our materials provide corrosion, dirt and even cushioning protection.
Our five-color printing press provides the capability to print on a variety of our products. We use FDA approved, water-based ink on all our material.
