Technical Product Manager/Packaging Technician (m/f/d)

For our company headquarters in 99817 Eisenach, we are looking for a full-time Technical Product Manager/Packaging Technician (m/f/d) 

YOUR TASKS

  • planning and executing national and international development and packaging projects in the field of corrosion protection
  • Providing technical customer support and preparing proposals
  • Creating and processing technical documentation, analyses, and meaningful project materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and enhancing the product portfolio through innovative approaches and continuous process improvements
  • Project coordination – serving as the interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners
  • Conducting on-site analyses and implementing measures to increase efficiency for customers
  • Participating in trade fairs, technical conferences, and workshops to present our products and solutions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies or training in a technical field
  • Experience in technical project management
  • Knowledge in packaging planning and technology
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a confident demeanor towards customers and partners
  • Experience in quality and environmental management is desirable
  • Willingness to travel (worldwide process optimization for customers)

SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f/d) – Industrial Packaging

To strengthen our team, we are looking for Sales Representatives (m/f/d) for field service (full-time).
Region: Northern Germany and Southern Germany
Location: Home office

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquisition and development of new customer relationships: Identifying potential clients and targeted outreach
  • Customer support and relationship management: Building long-term business relationships and providing continuous support
  • Presentation of product solutions: Highlighting the benefits and cost-saving potential of our packaging solutions to customers
  • Participation in trade fairs and industry events: Representing the company and networking
  • Documentation and reporting: Recording sales activities and preparing regular reports for sales management
  • Close collaboration with internal teams: Coordination with the technical department, logistics/production, and internal sales to ensure smooth customer service

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical background (e.g., engineer, technician) or a technically inclined salesperson with a strong understanding of processes
  • Solid knowledge of industrial packaging (containers, films, cartons)
  • Understanding of technical and logistical processes in production
  • Basic knowledge of the commercial aspects of industrial goods supply
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with a confident demeanor – even in front of larger groups
  • Independent and structured work approach, strong self-motivation, and high willingness to travel
  • Passion for sales and an affinity for acquiring new customers
