This combination of Dupont Tyvek® and Intercept Technology film offers unique and advanced additions to the sterilization process with its unique copper formula. Flat Bags
We work with our customers to identify the best materials that meets the protection your product requires. For products affected by moisture and vapor we can select from among many foil laminations, including white or silver colors/structures. These can also provide a high level of puncture resistance.
Peel Pouches
INTERCEPT Medical manufactures a variety of peel pouches. Configurations include chevron peel, corner peel and “C” pouches. DuPont Tyvek® sealed to a variety of different films is used to provide superior protection for packaged medical devices and supplies, which are then processed with leading sterilization technologies. Peel pouches can be made from film and foils, offering many different types of product protection. Our BioGuard™ technology can be configured to any of the pouch classifications listed above.

Gusset Bags
Large or oddly shaped products do not normally fit in flat bags. INTERCEPT Medical can supply both side and bottom gusset bags, allowing more room for unique products to be protected.
Zipper Bags
INTERCEPT Medical has the capability to produce bags with zipper closures in either a tamper-evident configuration or simply a reusable bag, on a variety of flat bags.
Tubing
Tubing is especially cost-effective for customers that need to accommodate different-size products with varying lengths of materials. INTERCEPT Medical manufactures tubing on 3-inch cores from all of our materials selections.
Rollstock
Rollstock, for sealing into packages on automatic pouch-making machines (form/fill/seal applications), is available in paper, film, metalized film and foil laminations. Rolls can be further converted by LaminatedFILMS into printed, perforated or coated rollstock. Any material can be further converted to a customer’s individual specifications.
Protective Covers/Liners
For unconventional products that require a custom-fit package, from covers for small machines to covers for very large pieces of equipment, our materials provide corrosion, dirt and even cushioning protection.
Our five-color printing press provides the capability to print on a variety of our products. We use FDA approved, water-based ink on all our material.
